HiGriva Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (Parent or Guardian) and HiGriva. By registering an account or using HiGriva, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or guardian to create an account.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.

2. Free Trial and Billing

• HiGriva offers a 7-day free trial.
• You may cancel during the trial to avoid billing.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.

3. Subscription and Pricing

• Subscriptions may be monthly or annual depending on the plan you choose.
• Subscription fees may change for future billing cycles with advance notice where required.
• App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple. Website subscriptions are managed through the applicable payment platform.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

• Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable for the current paid month.
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for limited refund handling depending on timing and platform rules.
• You can cancel through your account settings or the platform managing your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not misuse the platform, overload systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Children should use HiGriva under parent or guardian oversight.
